WHAT IS THE CYCLE CIRCUIT?
The Cycle Circuit is a 0.94 mile closed road facility designed specifically for cycling, and hosts cycling and other activities throughout the year. The facility comprises the circuit and the clubhouse, which contains the main hall, a classroom, a kitchen, changing rooms and toliets.
The facility is available for hire to groups wishing to secure exclusive use. See below on rules for Public Access.DOES THE CIRCUIT ALLOW PUBLIC ACCESS?
When the circuit is hired out it is NOT open to the public to use in any way. This is for safety reasons to avoid accidents and because the circuit has been hired for PRIVATE use.
Other than during booked events, the circuit is open for general public use free of charge. Cyclists coming on to the circuit at other times must ride in the same direction as those already there. When a racing event is progress, access would be STRICTLY PROHIBITED. When a coaching or training event is in progress, the organiser MAY ask you to move to an unused section of the circuit, or not allow you access AT ALLWHAT ARE THE TIMES OF BOOKABLE SESSIONS?
The normal session times available for booking the circuit facilities are: Morning 8.30 – 12.30, Afternoon 13.00 – 17.00, Evening 17.30 – 21.30
HOW MUCH IS THE FACILITY HIRE?
From 1st January 2026 we will be moving to a system that will request an online payment method at the time of the booking. Rather than charge for usage of the circuit on the basis of participant numbers, with a minimum charge, we will now be charging a fixed rate according to the type of event:
- The hire fees for the circuit per session, as agreed by the User Group are as follows:
- Standard Hire including Club and Youth Training Sessions: £100
- Youth Competitive Events and Senior Competitive Events of up to 50 participants: £125
- Senior Competitive Events with greater than 50 participants: £200
- The hire fee for the Classroom and Main Hall ONLY are as follows:
- Main Hall £50 per session
- Small Classroom £40 per session
- A caretaker fee of £25 will apply to all bookings made by non Key Holders to the facility
- There are three sessions available per day.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
-If you decide to cancel your booking you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit. However, if you give us at least 7 days’ notice we will try to reschedule your original booking to another time.
-If you give us less than 7 days’ notice you will not be able to reschedule your booking and you will not be entitled to a refund. -All bookings are non-transferrable and not for resaleCAN I GET HELP MAKING A BOOKING?

WHERE CAN I FIND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

-Fixed wheel bikes without brakes, vehicles with fairings, skateboards, roller blades or motorized vehicles are not normally permitted at the Hillingdon Cycle Circuit and require prior permission from HCCUGARE THERE LOCKERS AVAILABLE?
There are plenty of lockers to store your valuables. Ask your event organiser for details. We highly recommend that you do not leave valuables in your car.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Parking at the circuit is limited. When parking on the access road, please consider that emergency vehicles may need to access the circuit.
Additional parking is available at Minet Lodge found at the end of Springfield RoadARE SHOWERS AVAILABLE?
Although both Male and Female changing facilities, there are no public showers available within the Cycle Circuit facility.
However, showers are available for public use in Goals football centre.CAN I FILM OR USE A DRONE AT THE CIRCUIT?
IS THERE A RISK ASSESSMENT AVAILABLE?
A Risk Assessment for Racing has been prepared by British Cycling and can be accessed from our Notices page. Events that are covered by other governing bodies or event types, such as coaching, may require an additional risk assessment to be prepared and executed
IS WIFI AVAILABLE AT THE CIRCUIT?
Free WiFi is available in the club house, but the range does not extend outside very far outside of the ClubHouse. The access code is displayed on the notice board inside the club house
WHAT PROVISION IS THERE FOR FIRST AID?
Every event at the circuit requires a First Aider with a current appropriate certificate to be available. There is a fully stocked First Aid Treatment Room in the club house. If you use any medical supplies, please leave a note so that equipment can be restocked. First Aid bags are not permitted to leave the circuit
