The Cycle Circuit is a 0.94 mile closed road facility designed specifically for cycling, and hosts cycling and other activities throughout the year. The facility comprises the circuit and the clubhouse, which contains the main hall, a classroom, a kitchen, changing rooms and toliets.
The facility is available for hire to groups wishing to secure exclusive use. See below on rules for Public Access.

When the circuit is hired out it is NOT open to the public to use in any way. This is for safety reasons to avoid accidents and because the circuit has been hired for PRIVATE use.
Other than during booked events, the circuit is open for general public use free of charge. Cyclists coming on to the circuit at other times must ride in the same direction as those already there.
When a racing event is progress, access would be STRICTLY PROHIBITED. When a coaching or training event is in progress, the organiser MAY ask you to move to an unused section of the circuit, or not allow you access AT ALL

The normal session times available for booking the circuit facilities are: Morning 8.30 – 12.30, Afternoon 13.00 – 17.00, Evening 17.30 – 21.30

The Cycle Circuit minimum hire charge is £100 per 4-hour session plus a £25 caretaker fee

– If a hirer attracts more than 33 adult riders across their session, the total charge payable shall be the number of riders multiplied by £3 instead of the minimum charge for the circuit, which ever is the greater sum
– Age Under 16 training session the charge is the minimum hire charge of £100 per 4 hour session
– For age Under 16 racing events, if a hirer attracts more than 67 Under 16 riders across their session, the total amount payable shall be the number of riders multiplied by £1.50, instead of the £100 minimum charge for the circuit, whichever is the greater sum
– For Mixed Age racing events, the charge will be the total number of adult riders x £3 PLUS total number of Under16 riders x £1.50 OR the minimum £100 charge for the circuit, whichever is the greater sum
– Corporate booking will be assessed on an individual basis and priced accordingly

-If you decide to cancel your booking you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit. However, if you give us at least 7 days’ notice we will try to reschedule your original booking to another time.
-If you give us less than 7 days’ notice you will not be able to reschedule your booking and you will not be entitled to a refund.
-All bookings are non-transferrable and not for resale

-Currently, we are not able to take any bookings for fixed gear/wheel events at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit
-Fixed wheel bikes without brakes, vehicles with fairings, skateboards, roller blades or motorized vehicles are not permitted at the Hillingdon Cycle Circuit.

There are plenty of lockers to store your valuables. Ask your event organiser for details. We highly recommend that you do not leave valuables in your car.

Parking at the circuit is limited. When parking on the access road, please consider that emergency vehicles may need to access the circuit.
Additional parking is available at Minet Lodge found at the end of Springfield Road

Although both Male and Female changing facilities, there are no public showers available within the Cycle Circuit facility.
However, showers are available for public use in Goals football centre.

Drone cameras are strictly prohibited within the boundaries of the cycle circuit by drone policy
Filming at the circuit requires a Notice of No Objection from Hillingdon Council

A Risk Assessment for Racing has been prepared by British Cycling and can be accessed from our Notices page. Events that are covered by other governing bodies or event types, such as coaching, may require an additional risk assessment to be prepared and executed

Free WiFi is available in the club house, but the range does not extend outside very far outside of the ClubHouse. The access code is displayed on the notice board inside the club house

Every event at the circuit requires a First Aider with a current appropriate certificate to be available. There is a fully stocked First Aid Treatment Room in the club house. If you use any medical supplies, please leave a note so that equipment can be restocked. First Aid bags are not permitted to leave the circuit
